Buzz has it that Pratyusha Banerjee, who is consistently getting average marks from the judges, is hell-bent on winning the hearts with this times performance on the theme of Rashi. She will be seen performing on Dhanu rashi (Sagittarius) and depict the story of Eklavya and Dronacharya, a mythological tale from the ancient time.
She said, “As a child, Eklavya and Dronacharya’s story used to be an all time favorite with me, a brought up listening the mythological tales from teachers and my elders, I am lucky to have a chance to perform on one of them”
Since it is a mythological act, Pratyusha, also seen in Balika Vadhu and her partner, Deepak poured over history and philosophy books to make sure that they have the right version of the story and “it was like going back to school”, she quipped.
Dancing to the title track of Omkara, this duo will be seen giving an action packed performance armed with their bow and arrows, ready to shoot them straight into the hearts of their fans and hoping they walk away with the perfect 30.
