Sultry actress of the tinsel town, Bipasha Basu, rules the heart of the Indian audience as the seductive lady has all the power to fetch the audience to the theatres. Indeed, she has the real trade for Bollywood town.
The latest news from the actress’ side is that she has been roped in by Rohit Roy for a remake of 1982 blockbuster. As per the industry sources, Bipasha Basu will play the female lead in the remake of Shaukeen that featured Mithun Chakraborty, Ashok Kumar and Rati Agnihotri in the lead roles. In this flick Bips will step into the shoes of Rati Agnihotri and the most interesting part is that the audience will see her robbing the senses of three old men.
Sources further add that the movie will not be a hard core copy of the original one and would be plotted according to the taste of contemporary audience. However, it will reflect the essence of that old golden time. Actor turned director; Rohit Roy has confirmed the news of casting of Bipasha. Moreover, he has signed Bollywood veterans Rishi Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah and Boman Irani for three old men. Presently, the siren is occupied with her forthcoming projects like Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum and Raaz 3D.
