Neeraj Sachdeva, who has earlier worked as the Project Head in shows like Miley Jab Hum Tum and 12/24 Karol Bagh of Sunshine Productions and Four Lions Films’ Geet Hui Sabse Parayi, is set with his production house Shon Tar Productions.
Soon he will be coming up with his maiden venture which is going to be a love story and if things go well, Manish Tulsiyani last seen in Chhajje Chhajje Kaa Pyaar Sony TV, Mugdha Chapekar known for Sajan Re Jhuth Mat Bolo SAB TV and Gautam Sharma with the fame of Star One’s Shakuntala will be seen essaying prominent roles.
The pilot for the same has been shot and the production house awaits the approval from the channel. If all goes as planned, the show will either be aired on Star Plus or Life OK, based on the results of the research team.
The story is about a simpleton, played by Manish Tulsiyani, who is a matchmaker, and how he eventually falls for the girl for whom he is finding a life partner.
Talking of the show, Mugdha said, “Yes, I have auditioned for the show, but there is nothing beyond this. I was busy preparing for my Masters exams in World History. Now that I am done with my exams, I deserve a vacation.”
