Actor-producer Deven Bhojani, well known for his stint in Baa Bahu Aur Baby and Vipul Amrutlal Shah are all set with their sitcom Bhai Bhaiyya Aur Brother to be aired on SAB TV.
The much talked about show is supposed to go air from 4 June 2012 at the 8pm slot. It will be replacing I Luv My India. The story of the show is about the lives of three brothers who stay in different parts of the world. Sooraj Thapar, Chirag Vohra and Vrijesh Hirjee will play Bhai, Bhaiyya and Brother respectively. Sooraj will stay in Ahmadabad, Chirag in Mumbai and Vrijesh in London.
Buzz has it that the creative team has now brought in Swati Chitnis with the fame of Jasuben Jayantilaal Joshi Ki Joint Family. She will be seen playing the role of Jamuna, the mother of the all three brothers. She will be a widow and residing with Chirag aka Bhaiyya in Mumbai. She will be fun-loving, light-hearted and emotional in nature.
When sources got in touch with Swati, she confirmed her presence in the show stating, “Yes, I am playing the role of Jamuna. But at this point of time I can’t really reveal any further”.
Well, with such promising actors, we hope Bhai Bhaiyya Aur Brother will stick for long!
