Doing item numbers in B-town films is the latest way to fame and the list of item girls is multiplying day by day. After the newly entered damsels like Nathalia Kaur, Mallika Hayden and a few more to mention, it’s Anjana Sukhani to join the bandwagon.
Last seen in 2010 movie Allah Ke Banday, Anjana has been trying hard to make it high in Bollywood. The lady after sharing screen space with actors like Anil Kapoor, Tusshar Kapoor, is still waiting for the right opportunity that can get her into the A-list. And looks like she has found a solution in item numbers!
Buzz states that Anjana will shake her legs in Priyadarshan's Kamal Dhamaal Malamaal. Confirming the news she said, "I am doing an item number in Kamal Dhamaal Malamaal. (But) We have not yet shot the item number. The song is a blend of Indo-western theme. It should be shot by next week and it will be choreographed by Pony Verma”.
She even stated that Kamal Dhamaal Malamaal is not a sequel to the 2006 film Malamaal Weekly. "No it's not a sequel to Malamaal Weekly. They are calling it as a fresh film," she said. Starring Paresh Rawal, Om Puri, Nana Patekar, Asrani, Shakti Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Razak Khan and Neeraj Pathak, the film will hit the screen on Sep 28.
Hope this time Anjana will hit the bull’s eye!
