It’s all work for producer Jay Mehta as he is occupied from all ends, be it his extended tours in India for his IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders or his production house getting busy with its next on Zee TV, Jay simply has no time to relax.
It’s been quite some weeks that reports about the star cast of this soon to commence show has been doing rounds in the town. After updating you on many of the prospected names, here we have got a few more add- ons. Sources say that the makers have now signed in Kanan Malhotra and Aryan Vaid to play crucial roles in the show.
Kanan was last seen in Imagine TV’s Preeto as Dhruv while Aryan gained popularity as a contestant in Bigg Boss season 1. Talking more about their roles, the source added that Kanan will essay the role of Daljeet, one of the male leads, who hails from Chandigarh and wants a job abroad. This is the same role which was earlier offered to Nandish Sandhu, but he has to opt out due to health reasons.
Meanwhile, Aryan will play Malini Kapoor’s fiancée who had abandoned her on the night of their wedding. Kanan confirmed the news and said, “Yes, I have been approached for the role but I cannot say anything at this point of time as nothing has been finalized yet”.
