However, despite the hullabaloo created around its leap, the show seems to have lost its path when the development has happened. Facts state that Shivaji is constantly dipping on the TRP charts. And the latest buzz states that Behzaad Khan, who recently made an entry in the show as Noor Khan, is also quitting the show.
It is notable that his was the only Pathan character shown loyal to Veer Shivaji (Amol Kolhe). Sources say that he has submitted his papers and is serving a month long notice period which ends on 31 April 2012.
Behzaad confirmed the news and said, “Yes, I have already given a notice to the production house.” On being asked as to what made him quit the show, he stated, “I was not satisfied with my track. When I took up the project, I was promised a lot more but sadly, things did not turn out the way I expected”.
Buzz also states that he has been roped in to essay a negative character in Creative Eye’s upcoming show on Star Plus, Yeh Pyaar Nibhayenge Hum. The show stars Karan Wahi and Reema Wohra in the leads.
