Finally we come to the end of story which is soon going to blossom into a new tale on-screen! Well, don’t look so confused, this is in regard with the information we have been updating you about Life OK’s new show Alakshmi.
Just a day before we had provided you with few more names from town expected to join the star cast, and now we have the most awaited update concerning the male lead. This show from the ends of Hats Off Productions will see Helly Shah of Gulaal fame playing the female lead. And the pretty lady will get to romance, the one show old Sujay Reu aka Anukalp from Zee TV’s Ram Milaayi Jodi.
Sources say that the daily is about two families and it has been speculated that the female lead will be mentally challenged. Sujay’s character name will be Kishan, who will be an ambitious Gujarati boy and dream to become an interior designer.
Confirming the news, Sujay said, “Yes, I am a part of the show and I am happy to be working with the production house. The concept of the show is also good.” Other than these two, Alakshmi will see a bunch of seasoned actors in the likes of Supriya Pathak, Anang Desai, Falguni Desai, Neeraj Kshetarpal, Ujjwal Chopra (last seen in Gulaal), Priyamvada Sawant (of Shubh Kadam fame), Sunil Vishrani (last seen in Papad Pol) and theatre actors, namely Purvi Vyas and Disha Savla.
The show has already started on with its shooting and will be aired post IPL!
