After impressing one and all with her vivacious stint as Dimple in her maiden venture Ladies V/S Ricky Bahl, actress Parineeti Chopra has hit the jackpot for the second time with Ishaqzaade.
The young and vibrant love tale, full of anger and vengeance, stars Parineeti alongside star kid Arjun Kapoor. They have floored everyone with their power packed acting skills and tremendous on-screen chemistry. Success of the film has once again made Parineeti bag accolades from all ends, but the girl is courteous enough to thank the director Habib Faisal for this feat.
She says, “Habib Sir is a mind blowing writer and I can say that he is one of the best writers that we have in our country. He has evolved and lived with the characters while writing the story and this adds to his direction abilities. He has acute clarity about his characters, whether it's their walk, talk, mannerisms, body language, facial expressions etc. It becomes easy to work with such directors and you get to learn a lot. He is a gifted writer/director and the more you interact with him, the more you realize that”.
Parineeti went on saying, “Full credit to Habib Sir here since in real life, Arjun and I aren't Parma or Zoya. Perfectionist that he is, Habib Sir prepared us for the role through workshops and other sessions for four full months. We lived lives of Parma and Zoya and were just being them instead of playing them. We took these characters home and that's the reason why it all looks so effortless on screen. Honestly, a lot of hard work has gone in it and now I can safely say that it has paid off."
