Sharon and Swayam to face some rough patches in their relation in Dil Dostii Dance

Sharon and Swayam to face some rough patches in their relation in Dil Dostii Dance!
Sharon and Swayam to face some rough patches in their relation in Dil Dostii Dance
Last we wrote about Rey aka Kunwar Amar Singh going through pain and throbbing as he will be left alone by his best buddies in Channel V’s popular youth show Dil Dostii Dance. And now it is Sharon (Sneha Kapoor) and Swayam (Shantanu Maheshwari) to face some problems.

However, in the coming episodes the show will go through few major transitions as the fight for the next AGS heats up. The contenders for the position are Shivam (Lavin Gothi) and Taani (Vrinda Dawda) and this new development will create a rift amongst many people. The major ones to shoulder the brunt will be Sharon and Swayam, and it is to be seen whether their new found relationship will stand this tough phase.

When contacted to Fiction head of the series, Palkhi Malhotra he said, “College life can be tough, but making your own identity is even tougher. Likewise, making relationships is easy but sustaining them without misunderstandings is difficult. We will be focusing on this aspect in the coming week’s episodes of Dil Dostii Dance.”

Let’s see if a competition is enough to break these love cronies.

Shantanu Maheshwari is delighted to play Swayam
It’s been a year that he has been entertaining us all with his adorable acts; he has proved to be a great dancer, supportive friend, incredible lover and above all a perfect gem by heart.

And before you guys think as to whom we are talking about let us tell you that it’s Swayam of Dil Dostii Dance on Channel V, who has sought the attention today. Playing the lively character of Swayam has made newbie Shantanu Maheshwari a renowned name to all. Quite alike his on-screen character, off screen too Shantanu happens to be a shy one.

Talking of the show and the success which has come his way, he said, “I never thought I will be so popular and receive so much love and affection from people. The feeling is amazing and can’t be described in words”.

Shantanu even talked of Shakti Mohan and said that he missed her presence as a co-star. He added, “I can’t comment whether she should be back or not as it is for the creatives to decide. But she was an amazing person to work with and I definitely miss her.”

When he was asked the million dollar question if he has some competition from Kunwar Amar, Shantanu refuted saying, “Not at all. He is like my elder brother and we gel really well. The amount of experience that he has is commendable and I always try to learn from him. I still remember when we met for the first time during the workshop of D3, we clicked instantaneously and bonded wonderfully. And believe me there is no competition on the sets. The ambience is pretty healthy”.

That’s really great Shantanu!

Lavin Gothi aka Shivam to re-enter Channel V's Dil Dostii Dance
Channel V's youth based show Dil Dostii Dance produced by Cinevistaas, as we all know is immensely popular among  youngsters especially collegiate as the show revolves around college going guys and girls.

Now the CVs of the show have decided to bring some new twist in the characters of the show through the re-entry of the bad boy Shivam (Lavin Gothi) who earlier in the show was responsible for Dazzler's defeat and also for creating a rift between Sharon (Sneha Kapoor) and Swayam (Shantanu Maheshwari).

Till now , we have seen the St. Lewis popular gang being childish and peace loving but with this new track the characters of Swayam and Rey ( Kunwar Amarjeet Singh)  will be shown growing mature and trying to teach Shivam a lesson for his bad deeds.

With this the love track between Swayam and Sharon will also experience some positive developments and Swayam will win Sharon’s trust by getting involved in a fight with Shivam because of her.

The project head, Palkhi Malhotra said, “Yes, the main antagonist Shivam is returning, and with this, we will see the characters of Rey and Swayam maturing. The boys now give it back to Shivam, and Rey for the first time accepts the challenge and takes on the entire gang.”

Well let’s see how the group takes up this new challenge, the entry of Shivam will be shown after 10th May 2012.

is Vrinda Dawda of D3 the new tantrum queen of the telly world?

Vrinda Dawda

is Vrinda Dawda of D3 the new tantrum queen of the telly world?

Fans of Cinevistaas’ popular dance fiction show on Channel V, Dil Dostii Dance got mighty upset with the news of Shakti Mohan quitting it. During our April Fools’ edition, when we did a fictional story on Shakti returning to D3, fans could not stop pressing the like button beneath the story on the Telly page. Sadly, she is not making a comeback in the show (not until now, who knows what’s in store in the future). But the makers introduced a new character in the show, to infuse a new lease of life in the plot, namely Tani played by Vrinda Dawda. Vrinda has been an ex-contestant on Perfect Bride on Star Plus.
We are certainly happy for her but there is a glitch. Wondering why? Well, if you thought that tantrums are only restricted to big screen then here’s the reality check. The lady somehow seems not to be able to digest the sudden popularity that she has been receiving.
Our sources have informed that on the sets of the show, Vrinda lost her cool and shouted at her hair dresser. Though the precise reason for the incident could not be fathomed, everyone who was present at that moment got pretty shocked at the lady’s furious behavior.
Tellychakkar.com got in touch with Vrinda and asked her about the development. Well, she went on a denial mode, “I don’t remember of any such incident and nothing of that sort happened.” But before signing off, she did mention, “Shooting mein toh aisa hote hi rehta hai…”
Hmm…Vrinda… issues happen in life, smart ones just learn and move on. Hope you have a great stint in D3.

Shakti Mohan not returning to Dil Dostii Dance!

Shakti Mohan not returning to Dil Dostii Dance on channel v
Shakti Mohan is a popular TV personality; the talented girl wooed the audience by shaking her legs in Zee TV’s Dance Indian Dance and standing as the proud winner.

Well, the story doesn’t end here; the wonderful dancer later thrilled everyone with her impressive acting in Channel V’s Dil Dostii Dance. However, she left all her fans gloomy, when she backed out of the show. And ever since her exit, fans are looking ahead for her comeback.

But if believe the industry sources, the actress is far from getting back in the show though she is flooded with thousands of messages of her followers asking her to make a comeback. Shakti clears the clouds and adds, “No, not at all, I won’t be back in the show as it is not possible for me now. My contract was getting over at the end of December (2011) and instead of renewing it for just a few months, I decided to call it off. I gave preference to my dance training”.

The actress has a surprise for the fans in her kitty; she will be seen in an item number in the upcoming movie Rowdy Rathore starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles. Moreover, she also has a worth mentioning role in Tera Gaon Mera Gaon.

So we guess this is bound to cheer all the Shakti Mohan fans around!

As per the industry sources the star cast was very excited on cake cutting ceremony and they enjoyed the day to its fullest. Moreover, they didn’t leave a stone unturned to make the first birthday of their show very special.

D3 is a soap opera being aired on Channel [V]; its subject is based on the ambitions and desires of today’s youth. The story of the serial revolves around a small town girl who heads to Mumbai to fulfill her only dream i.e. Dance. During her journey she makes friends (DOSTI) and falls in love (DIL). She goes through various kinds of relationships while struggling for her dreams.

To express their love they sent gifts on the first anniversary of the show and the stars were overwhelmed to get such presents crafted with lots of hard work and dedication. Sources further add that there were special gifts for their favourite actors Swayam (Shantanu Maheshwari) and Sharon (Sneha Kapoor). Most interesting part is that their Arab fans thanked the creative head on giving them a charming and wonderful couple; Swaron (Swayam and Sharon). They requested the couple to make dance moves on hindi song Hai Rama and on an English/Japnese song Sad Tango.

We wish more success to the entire team of D3.
