Music in Rowdy Rathore is borrowed from original film, reveals Sajid

Music in Rowdy Rathore is borrowed from original film, reveals Sajid
Now days when stealing the music from other films are quite common, Wajid, of the composer duo Sajid-Wajid came out clean regarding the music secrets of Rowdy Rathore.

Recently he confessed that a part of the music in their Rowdy Rathore’ score is borrowed from the original Telugu film Vikramarkudu. Directed by Prabhu Deva, Rowdy Rathore, that has Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles, is set for a June 1 release.

"There is a signature tune in Vikramarkudu, which we couldn’t avoid. It was an integral part of the theme in the Telugu film. Our producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who is very music-minded, our director Prabhu Deva and my brother Sajid decided that we needed to incorporate that refrain in the Hindi remake, so we did," said Wajid.

"We’ve taken the rights of the original music and then we’ve used it. We`ve also changed the original tune completely. But we still want to draw attention to the borrowed bits before others jump in gleefully and accuse us of plagiarism," he adds tongue-in-cheek that there is nothing underhand about the appropriation.

Well, we think that’s an honest confession to be made!

Rowdy Rathore has already started the buzz in the tinsel town and for the movie lovers. The first trailer of the movie makes us think if it is another Dabangg of this year which will feature Akshay Kumar opposite Sonakshi Sinha.

This one too is inquisitive enough to create the rage of it all around. The great thing about the movie is the item song; it has not one, not two but three item girls together in front of the camera. The song Aa Re Prtam Piyare has created a rage all over. Three item girls are seen in the song including Mumaith Khan, Maryam Zakaria and Shakti Mohan.

This is the first item number for Shakti Mohan who has been a winner in the dance reality show Dance India Dance.

The song is another one like Shiela and Munni with vulgar lyrics. We hope it stands to the expectations of the movie fans.

Sonakshi Sinha is touted to be next numero uno of tinsel town
Of late Kareena Kapoor has been touted as numero uno of Bollywood considering the numbers of Blockbusters she has given in 2011, in the form of Bodyguard and Ra.One.

But one can’t be sure that the title of number one will remain with her in the following year as well. The latest to put up the challenge and vying for the top spot is the one film old Sonakshi Sinha. With her first movie itself, the mast mast nain girl has won million hearts.

Not only did she flutter Chulbul Pandey's heart with her mast mast nain, but Sonakshi also won countless fans and admirers with her effortless and confident portrayal of a damsel in distress in the all-time blockbuster Dabangg.

After Dabangg, Sonakshi will this time open her innings with UTV Motion Picture's Rowdy Rathore. Then just two months later, that is in August we will see Sonakshi back on screen with her Rowdy Rathore co-star, Akshay Kumar in Shirish Kunder's fantasy film, Joker.

And it definitely doesn’t end here as the month of November will see Sonakshi in yet another comic-drama, Son Of Sardar, opposite super actor Ajay Devgn. Then, last but not the least it will be the Dabangg sequel, which is all set for a Christmas release, which will be her crowning glory and definitely catapult her amongst the top Bollywood heroines.

So, finally Kareena has got some competition we guess!

Rowdy Rathore song Chinta Ta Ta Chita Chita can be a chartbuster

Rowdy Rathore song Chinta Ta Ta Chita Chita can be a chartbuster
The trailer of much-awaited Prabhudeva’s film Rowdy Rathore has already proved that after a long time the audience will witness Khiladi Akshay Kumar performing action stunts.

It is filled with fun and thrill where Akshay will be seen as Vikram Rathod, who in the entire get up not only looks adorable but once again amazes his fans with his comic timing, and in the first song of the movie, he is incredible, matching steps with the ace choreographer Prabhu Deva.

The song Chinta Ta Ta Chita Chita has a rustic feel to it and a gripping tune soused in zippy Bollywood music, typical of tapori songs. Akshay Kumar in colourful clothes, mainly pink pants is far from his suave, debonair image. With oiled hair, mustachioed look, and dhoop ka chasma, the actor is a charmer in disguise of Rowdy Rathore.

After being a kamina in Housefull 2, where he floored the audiences with his famous Aiieeeee sound, we are sure Akki will again be a shocker in the film. Chinta Ta Ta Chita Chita is a treat to watch for Akshay as well as Prabhu Deva’s fans. Do we see a chartbuster?
