Old is always gold and this is what we have got to experience with Sony TV’s Bade Acche Lagte Hain, which showcases the middle age love tale of Sakshi Tanwar aka Priya and Ram Kapoor.

Being aired at the 10:30pm slot, the show went on becoming a rage among all age groups. Right from its start, it bagged a place in the hearts of all and has successfully given a cut throat competition to the shows earning big time airing the mushy romance. Everything about this Ekta Kapoor daily is fantastic, be it the star cast, acting or the plot. People follow it religiously and even the separation of Ram and Priya couldn’t detach any of the viewers. In fact, ever since Pihu (Amrita Mukherjee) has entered as Ram-Priya’s daughter, the viewership has increased all the more.

It’s the constant hard work of the team that the show has now hit the mark of triple century. Saakshi said, "For us every episode is important. This is not the first time my show has completed 300 episodes. Even in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki we had completed more than 1600 episodes. Every show however has its unique journey, so this is surely a great feeling."

There was a cake cutting on the sets of Bade Acche Lagte Hai to mark its 300 episode completion. The cake had the Bade Acche Lagte Hai wall paper with Ram, Saakshi and Amrita's pictures on the cake.  Amrita Mukherjee aka Pihu said, "I had great fun on the sets during the cake cutting today. The cake was very delicious."

Samir Kochhar who plays the parallel male lead Rajat said,"Though I came to this show later this has been a very special show for me. Ekta Kapoor has come up with a unique concept and Sony TV also experiments with original shows. I do think the love triangle theme is working despite the fact that it isn't easy to accept a third person in the Priya and Ram romance. I however still consider it as primarily Ram and Saakshi's show."

Here’s congratulating everyone on the show!
