After giving a powerful and strong performance, Meghna Malik is going to be remembered as Ammaji for coming years. The way she had portrayed the character, she has placed a benchmark for the next generation to imitate her after the show Na Aana Iss Des Laado would go off air on 27 July.

However, Meghna unveiled her journey and experience of being a part of this project which gave her immense popularity. “From day one till date, it has been a very wonderful journey throughout. I have got accolades for my role; people from all age groups have come up to me and appreciated my performance. Once an old man said he loves my acting; a three-year old kid enacted the way I do namaskar. While females always appreciate and adore my character, I feel humbled when a male comes and greets me.”

Speaking about the future plans after this show, she said, “I love to work and can’t sit idle. At this point, I am very much in a shooting spree with few days left for the shoot to end. I want to live every moment. As far as connecting with the cast and crew, I will say that I gel with the actors who have been on the show right from the start. We have a special bonding altogether.”

Kapil Nirmal is quitting Colors Na Aana Iss Des Laado
No one wants to be on a sinking ship and the same thing goes for poor rated shows as well. In the past Colors’ Na Aana Is Des Laado was one of the prime TRP bagging shows but not anymore.

The show has lost its charm and despite the various twists and turns brought in, it is still trying hard to reach the top. Last we had updated you that the makers have been asked to draw the curtains as the channel is no more willing to entertain the show.

However, before the show gets to breathe its last, we have heard that one of its actors Kapil Nirmal has decided to bid adieu to it. Stating the reason behind this back out, Kapil said, “My character did not have much to do hence I did not want to stay back in the show. I put down my papers and have served a proper notice period”.

It is heard that when the actor had put down his papers he had no idea about the show going off-air on 27 July. Hence, asked him if he would have stayed back, had he known that the show would end so early to which he said, “No, nothing would have changed my decision.”

Kapil is still shooting for the show and his last shoot day will be 6 or 7 July 2012, his exit will be marked with the creatives introducing an accident sequence.

Aditya Redij and Natasha Sharma fell in love on the sets of Colors’ Na Aana Iss Des Laado (Colors). And their beautiful love story got stronger with passing time. And now we have learned that the love-dovey couple has taken their relationship to the next level by getting engaged.
Yes, you heard it right! Aditya and Natasha got engaged yesterday, 29 April 2012. It was a small family affair which took place at Aditya’s sister’s place in Delhi.
Confirming this news, Natasha shares with Telly, “Yes, this fire was kindled on the sets of Laado. Today it continues to burn even stronger. It is true that we got engaged yesterday. All happened in quick time, and I know this will come as a surprise to many. It was a family affair with our parents and siblings present. We are very happy, excited to take our relationship further. It is a different feeling altogether”.
So what about marriage? “Marriage is not on the cards at the moment. We will think of it probably after one and a half years. We are presently concentrating on our respective careers. Actually we got engaged and made our relationship official because our parents wanted it that way. They were the ones who convinced us to get engaged. Our families are very happy and relieved now. As for me and Aditya, we will enjoy our long courtship period (smiles).”
Talking about her career, she further shares, “I want to do something quantitative, if I don’t get such a project I will wait for one. Aditya, as you know, is looking for his next project after Imagine TV shut down.”
Giving out a message to her fans, Natasha says, “You people have given us immense love onscreen. We are extremely happy to see this day, and would request you all to shower your love on us always.”
We could not get in touch with Aditya as he was catching up with some much-needed sleep after going through all the emotions of getting engaged.
