They have the courage and resilience to rise above situations and do what their heart dictates and not what society dictates or what is generally expected in a situation.

Recently we wrote about love blooming between Indu (Anirudh Dave) and Sanchi (Pooja Sharma) during their hideout while escaping the police in Star Plus’ Ruk Jana Nahi.

CVs have again planned to congregate the attention of viewers by bringing the leads together for the first time as both will stand without any differences to bring justice to Shweta Jha suicide case, who attempted to commit suicide and the world was of the opinion that Indu was responsible for it.

In the upcoming episodes, Sanchi and Indu will try and expose Dashrath Shukla who happens to be the man responsible of leading Shweta to take the drastic step. The real dope is that Dashrath takes money from students and promises them to pass them in exams but refrains from living up to his promise. Shweta also fell prey to his evil tactics, which led to the entire suicide drama

But in a twist, this entire happening will be exposed in the University hall. This will be the first time wherein Sanchi and Indu will join hands for a cause after which will mark the beginning of a love relationship between the two.

It seems that makers of Star Plus’ Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai are leaving no stone unturned in gaining the sympathy and attention from viewers. Up with a good cause, the makers have weaved the cancer track very nicely thereby highlighting the pain and hardships such patients have to undergo.

Meanwhile, with a character like Maanvi (Niaa Sharma) who is all full of energy and spark even after suffering from the deadly disease, the creatives have given all the message of how one can live his life to the fullest even after all sufferings. Well, coming episodes of the show will turn more dramatic and painful as things for Maanvi will get from bad to worse.

On one hand she has finally realized her love for Virat (Kushal Tandon) and on the other cancer is not letting her spread the smiles anymore.

As heard, she will soon be seen wearing a bandana on her head as she starts losing her hair due to chemo therapy sessions. Couple of day’s back we informed you about Star Plus’ popular youth based show Navya is going off air on 29 June 2012. We know this piece of news is upsetting to all the fans of Navya, but destiny is something which never change nor sluggish for anyone.

And, talking on about the same to the stars of show, the lead protagonist Soumya Seth, has very throbbing words to share “I still can’t believe it’s going off air and it’s quite disheartening. I thought that it will run for more years as the response continued to be good. I personally felt that Navya will remain on television for another three to four years. Fans loved our show even after going for a timeslot change. I am really disappointed as the soap has helped me to grow as an actor,”

An emotional Soumya further shared that she will miss each and every member of Navya. “Shaheer aka Anant has been a wonderful co-actor. Initially, we never spoke with each other but as time trickled by we became good friends. He is such a sweet person that he makes sure that everyone is comfortable around him. I am very thankful to each and everyone as they have been my support throughout the journey. They have seen me grow.”

The entire film and TV industry is uniting and voicing in support of Aamir Khan's popular show Satyamev Jayate airing on Star Plus.

Now, the latest entrant in this vogue is veteran TV and film actor Dalip Tahil, who has been a part of the TV scene over years now and is renowned for his performances in Buniyaad in 1987 and The Sword of Tipu Sultan in 1990. He has also acted in over 100 movies and his recent outings included Ra.One and Azaan.

While talking about Satyamev Jayate, 61 year old Dalip shared, "It is absolutely fantastic as Aamir is tackling issues which are of great concern to an average Indian. I wish there was more socially relevant television around. These issues need to be looked at with greater depth."

"Look he may not solve all the problems but his presence on television does bring more awareness on the subject," feels Dalip who has shared screen space with Aamir in movies like Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak in 1988.

Pointing out the fact that the medical community is up in arms against Aamir for painting the entire doctor fraternity in bad light, Dalip said, "Aamir did not say that all doctors are bad. They may say what they want but the truth is that there are many cases of medical negligence and plus, there is no major action taken against doctors who are not properly qualified to practice medicine."

Sometime it seems that the creatives of Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon just doesn’t want the viewers to get the slightest of hints concerning the future track. It sounds as if they are on with a game, ‘You Predict and We Won’t Let It happen’.

Whatever it may be but the fans are in love with the way suspense and anxiety is build up! Going the unexpected way the Mahaepisode of the daily was shot with sheer perfection wherein each scene held a great importance leaving the fans in complete awe of Arnav (Barun Sobti) and Khushi (Sanaya Irani).

The best amidst was Khushi being the smart one and outwitting Shyam (Abhaas Mehta) by hiding the signed will papers. As seen, she had put a condition before Shyam asking him to reveal the truth to Arnav if he wished to get those papers. However, with the ongoing promos indicating of Arnav’s kidnapping, the tale has got tangled a bit.

Buzz is rife that the kidnapping is a fake act done by Arnav to test Khushi and her loyalties while a certain section of media is heard stating that Shyam is the mastermind behind it and he is doing this in order to get the property under his name. Meanwhile, it has also been heard that the evil Shyam has got hold of the papers and his next move might be to hurt Khushi.

As lead actor Barun aka Arnav is away on leaves, it’s all the more difficult to say if this kidnapping has in fact taken place or it indeed is a major surprise to be revealed in the upcoming episodes.

Star Plus’ Sajda Tere Pyaar Mein, produced under the banner of Ravi Ojha Productions, has seen a rise in TRP this week. Well, it is certainly a good development for any show given the onslaught of IPL fever.

The show has got a boost and is now drawing the attention of many, thanks to Aaliya’s (Deblina Chatterjee) meeting with Mahendra Pratap (Rohit Roy). Moreover, Ranveer’s (Shaleen Bhanot) growing concern for Aaliya too has aroused anxiety among all to watch out for this unique love tale entangled with the love for country.  

And if sources are to be believed, then the soap will soon see a major replacement. Navni Parihar, who essays the role of Ranveer’s mother, is on the verge of making an exit. She has some unavoidable commitments so she needs a break for a month. The production house ultimately has decided to replace her.

Navni will be replaced by seasoned actress Nishigandha Wad, who is currently seen in Colors’ Sasural Simar Ka. She will soon commence shooting for the same. “I haven’t signed any contract as yet but yes, talks are on,” said Nishigandha Wad.

Ashking, the latest sensation of Te Amo, Aunty Ji and I Love You fame will perform on the sets of Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar 2 this weekend. The international pop singer who got his first Bollywood break with A R Rehman was extremely excited to come on the show and encourage the contestants.

While Ashking's entry was really looked forward to by the contestants, little did they know that Ash also had a favourite amongst them whom he has been following for 3 years. Hemant Brijwasi, the 14 year old singing maestro from Little Champs fame, is a talent who has created a special place in Ash's heart and as soon as he entered the set he exclaimed, "I have been a big fan of Hemant for past 3 years and when I was asked to come to Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar, I couldn't say no, realizing I will get to meet the little maestro."


He further states, “I would want to see Hemant do really well for himself. I had noticed his talent 3 years back on one of the reality shows on television and was totally amazed by his performance. I am sure he will rock Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar 2.”

Star Plus' daily show Navya started losing its audience due to the lack of drama and twist, so this time the CVs have planned to add some real taste in this serial by creating misunderstandings between Navya aka Soumya Seth and Anant played by Shaheer Sheikh.

As we all know that after the accident the love birds have been again accepted by the family and are living with them, but Baba (Shanker Dayal) has some other plans to break the bond between the two. As informed by the sources, he will hold Navya responsible for every misdeed; the show will see the entry of a pious man who will state Navya responsible for the accident.

However Anant will strongly stand by her side, but slowly and gradually he will start falling into the trap laid by Baba. Another twist would be the sudden change in the behavior of Rama (Snighda Pandey), whose character would turn into a positive one.

As she has no child she will develop a soft corner for Bittu, which is the main reason for change in her attitude. When asked Snighda, she said, “Yes, the audience will soon get to see a positive side of Rama and as an actor; we have to portray different shades. So I am just doing my job. Beyond that, I can’t reveal anything about the track as it will spoil the suspense.”

JJWS2 has a distinctive format where the participants, runners-up and winners of previous music reality shows perform under one umbrella and compete in an innovative musical environment.

We had last reported that seasoned actor Varun Badola will be essaying a pivotal role in Star Plus' Sajda Tere Pyaar Mein made under the Ravi Ojha Production's banner.

However, as the actor has went on signing Zee TV's new show, Phir Subah Hogi, produced by Panglosean Entertainment's Rajesh Chadha and Saurabh Srivastava, the makers have now got in a new name.

As per the latest buzz, actor Rohit Roy, who was last seen as a host on Desi Girl on Imagine, has been roped in to play Mahendra Pratap. Rohit has even got his share of recognition via his big screen venture Shoot out at Lokhandwala. And now with Sajda…the actor will again be making his return to the world of fiction shows.

One of the sources close to the production house said, "As Varun Badola backed out from the show, the production house has zeroed Rohit Roy to essay the negative lead in the show. Rohit Roy would essay an underworld don who would eventually get married to Aaliya (Deblina Chatterjee)."

Rohit confirmed the news and said, “I don't know exactly about my character, but yes, I am essaying an important role in Sajda. I might shoot for the same within a few days."

Looks like this news is surely going to bring a smile on the faces of all Sajda Tere Pyar Mein!

He still remains an icon of inspiration for his children. Saanchi is his favourite child of four children and he is extremely proud of her.  Veena Mathur She is Tarachand’s wife who is not only is a cultured lady but also an ideal mother- concerned for her family. In her mid-50’s, She is very emotional towards everything that has stayed long with her, be it her allotted house in the railway colony or the old dresses in her wardrobe. Jo Jeeta Wohi Super Star was an Indian reality television series which aims to bring the winners of ‘all’ singing reality shows completed previously and the runners-up together competed for the ‘Superstar’ title under ‘one roof’ coming soon on star plus.Amidst loud cheer, sighs of relief, confetti blasts and squeals of excitement, Star Plus announces the Nation's first sensational singing 'Superstar'. The musical reality show that has captured the attention of every music lover, Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar, has topped the TRP charts week after week in its genre.

The Baap of all musical reality shows, Clinic All Clear Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar proclaimed Rahul Vaidya to be the ultimate singing sensation in the country in a Star studded event at a Mumbai studio. Leading the race, Rahul Vaidya won the title with 216693 votes, while Abhijeet and Harshit came second and third with 202321 and 156291votes.

Rahul Vaidya, previously the runner up of another reality show was presented with the dazzling crystal trophy by Bollywood's biggest heartthrobs Vidya Balan and Shahid Kapoor while his parents and well wishers cheered him. He also got a cash award of Rupees Fifty Lakh and a super speed 'Flame' bike from TVS.

Clinic All Clear Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar began in April with 18 musical prodigies from the biggest television musical reality shows. It was conceived in the quest to identify the best amongst the best; the crème de la crème among in the singers in today's industry. Those who had missed the crown in their previous shows had a chance to brave all odds, dump the past and bounce back to the top. The music director duo Vishal-Shekhar and Bollywood Director/Choreographer Farah Khan were the esteemed judges for the show and Mandira Bedi joined the soiree, providing for the glam quotient, as the anchor of the show.

All through its run, Clinic All Clear Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar has been through innumerable unforgettable moments. Verdicts based on viewer voting and judges' decision (50:50) resulted in plenty of shocks and surprises. Many talented singers, who were previously proclaimed best in their shows, were unexpectedly voted out. Touching performances by singers like Debojit Saha have reduced audiences to tears whereas foot-tapping performances by many others have made the audience groove to their beats. The show has seen a glimpse of tinsel town in Harman Baweja and has also been graced by singers like Shaan, Mika, Mahalaxmi Iyer, Richa Sharma and Sukhwinder Singh.

The grand finale showcased a mind-boggling performance by Neeraj Sreedhar, an image makeover and enhancement with the help of Bipasha Basu, quizzes and more with Vidya Balan while the dance floor was brought alive by Shahid Kapoor. Survivor India is the indian version of the Survivor franchise, which was originally based from the show, Expedition Robinson created in 1997 by Charlie Parsons. The series premiered on January 6, 2012 on Star Plus. The show is currently hosted by Sameer Kochhar. The show is produced by Miditech Pvt. Ltd. and is aired on weekend nights. Like many of its counterparts, the show has a set number of contestants stranded on an isolated area for a pre-determined number of days until one remains and is given the title Sole Survivor. Aside from the title, the winner also receives 1 crore.
