We are not leaving a single development regarding Star Plus’ new series of Telefilms which have become the talk of the town due to its list of casting.

Like we already reported, Jennifer Winget is being finalized to play the lead in Spellbound Productions’ telefilm.  Now we have more new names to add in the list to be seen in this love story. We have heard that handsome hunk Keith Sequira, who came to the limelight with Dekho Magar Pyaar Se on Star Plus, will be paired opposite Jennifer. Seasoned actors Amit Behl and Navni Parihar will also play integral roles in the project.

However, the buzz is that this interesting love story is being penned by producer Pearl Grey herself. Amit Behl confirmed the news and said, “Yes, it is true that I am part of the telefilm. I am looking forward to the shooting schedule and very excited about the short film, as it is a very new and unique subject on the television industry”

According to the source, the story is about a very rich boy who falls for a commoner girl, and their love story will go through an unusual twist. Amit Behl and Navni will play parents to the boy. The shoot for the telefilm is expected to start from 13 July 2012.

Star Plus’ Sajda Tere Pyaar Mein, produced under the banner of Ravi Ojha Productions, has seen a rise in TRP this week. Well, it is certainly a good development for any show given the onslaught of IPL fever.

The show has got a boost and is now drawing the attention of many, thanks to Aaliya’s (Deblina Chatterjee) meeting with Mahendra Pratap (Rohit Roy). Moreover, Ranveer’s (Shaleen Bhanot) growing concern for Aaliya too has aroused anxiety among all to watch out for this unique love tale entangled with the love for country.  

And if sources are to be believed, then the soap will soon see a major replacement. Navni Parihar, who essays the role of Ranveer’s mother, is on the verge of making an exit. She has some unavoidable commitments so she needs a break for a month. The production house ultimately has decided to replace her.

Navni will be replaced by seasoned actress Nishigandha Wad, who is currently seen in Colors’ Sasural Simar Ka. She will soon commence shooting for the same. “I haven’t signed any contract as yet but yes, talks are on,” said Nishigandha Wad.
