Soon Gautam, 32, (Saif Ali Khan) enters their lives, moves in with them and has a whirlwind relationship with Meera. Meera does love Gautam because his don’t-give-a-damn attitude reminds her of her husband who had conned her into coming to London in the first place.
Both Gautam and Veronica believe in living for the moment and they honestly consider this a fling rather than a serious relationship. But as three people living together they all have a blast… Though their intentions for each other don’t change, their friendship starts to grow strong. It becomes a beautifully balanced friendship between three people. Soon Gautam realizes that he is in the horns of dilemma since he has to chose between Meera and Veronica. Unable to decide between the two, he removes himself from their lives but unlike his intentions, this sudden emptiness in both Meera and Veronica's life worsens living for both.

This is then followed by an emotional song filled one hour with Veronica depressed on loosing Gautam, which she though initially, she would be able to do, Meera moving out and Gautam chasing her through the streets of London. Meera then meets and decides to play pretend with her real husband so that Gautam can go away. Veronica, going back to her old ways, starts to chronically drink again and is run over by a car.
Thus starts Saif battle of being a friend to veronica while trying to convince Meera that he can't let her go.Veronica finally realizes that she can never "emotionally blackmail" him into loving her so they go back to her husband's home to get Meera. On not finding her, Gautam completely loses his mind and beats Kunal blaming him for her loss and then himself. That's when Kunal confesses that during her stay with him he had changed his mind and wanted to put their divorce on hold to start a life with her to which she responds by saying she can only love Gautam and heads back to india. Gautam and Veronica, ofcourse, follow her to New Delhi where he proposes and the three are happy together again.
Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone
were signed on to play the leads in the film. Padukone was offered both
the roles of Veronica and Meera, however the character of Meera was
similar to her role in Love Aaj Kal and so she chose the role of Veronica as a new challenge.[7] Model Diana Penty makes her Bollywood entry with this film.[8]
Director Homi Adajania said Imran Khan was his first choice for this film which has Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and model Diana Penty. "Saif was not the first choice. Imran was supposed to do it but he was not sure if he wanted to do it at that point of a time," Adajania told IANS.[9]
Padukone has gyrated to an chinese party song at the The Grand nightclub in Clapham Junction, by dancing on a table. This is reminiscent of a dance sequence in the song Chor Bazaari from Love Aaj Kal. Whilst security was extra tight on the day to prevent outsiders entering the premises, a DJ was hired for the music and club lights were also used to make the scene look as real as possible.
On 24 May, 2012, "Tum Hi Ho Bandhu", sung by Neeraj Shridhar and Kavita Seth, was released. On 31 May 2012, another song "Daaru Desi", sung by Benny Dayal and Shalmali Kholgade, was released. Also, "Yaariyan" and "Second Hand Jawaani" were later released.

STORY
When 24-year-old Veronica (Deepika Padukone) and Meera (Diana Penty), 23, start living together during the summer in London, they have very different agendas. Meera is awkward, introvert and recovering from a hoax marriage to Kunal Ahuja (Randeep Hooda) who has duped her off her life-savings by using the pretense of setting up a base for them in London. She is spending her time under Veronica’s roof until she can get some footing and find a job in this foreign land. Veronica, on the other hand, is a wild-child, impulsive, constantly looking for distractions to escape facing issues of a troubled upbringing. Being poles apart brings the two close, forging a loyal and solid friendship.Soon Gautam, 32, (Saif Ali Khan) enters their lives, moves in with them and has a whirlwind relationship with Meera. Meera does love Gautam because his don’t-give-a-damn attitude reminds her of her husband who had conned her into coming to London in the first place.

Kainaz Motivala to play a driver in her upcoming Challo Driver
Even after having few feel good flicks like Wake Up Sid and Paathshala, Kainaz Motivala managed to be into limelight through Ragini MMS and is set to go slow yet steady with another surprise.
Yes surprise, as the actress would be seen playing a cabbie in her forthcoming Challo Driver where she would be essaying the role of Tanya Malhotra.
It is notable that Kainaz would be second actress in town after Deepika Padukone who experimented with her roles by opting to play a chauffeur in Bachna Ae Haseeno. Challo Driver would be directed by debutant Vikrant Mahajan.
She is leaving no stone unturned to keep it natural and is striving to shed off all expectations tugged on her by saying, “Whatever you do, at the end of the day, it’s the audience who decide your fate.”
Ragini MMS was her best acting venture which in fact was a horror thriller inspired from American supernatural horror film Paranormal Activity. On being asked about the knack of driving and whether she knew driving before shooting the film, she replied, "Of course, I did. What did you expect?"
Well, we just hope that she earns good name with this venture too!

Neetu Chandra is thankful to Anurag Kashyap
Bollywood actress and model, Neetu Chandra is on cloud nine these days because the lady has bagged her first ever international project and the diva gives all its credit to the filmmaker Anurag Kashyap.
The director is well known for recognizing the right talent and this time the ball has gone to the court of Neetu Chandra. As per the industry sources, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has recommended her name to Greek director Kyriakos Tofaridis who is the producer of The Last Homecoming. Well, the story doesn’t end here; the filmmaker has chosen her over the other big divas of the tinsel town; Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor. Sources further added that, Anurag bonded well with the Greek director at a film festival. Kyriakos expressed his desire that he is looking for an exotic Indian face for his next bilingual project to be made in English and Greek.
Anurag suggested Neetu’s name and after an online meeting, the Greek director finalised her. The model cum actress is thrilled to get this golden opportunity and she is all thankful to the filmmaker who recommended her to Kyriakos. Neetu expressed her gratitude to Anurag and added “Yes, it was Anurag who introduced me to Kyriakos. I am looking forward to shoot in Greece. I am thankful to Anurag."
Neetu you are surely going to envy other Bollywood divas!

What fishy is going on between Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif
Talk about the Casanova of tinsel town and without any competitors Ranbir Kapoor will top the list. He possesses the charm to bowl any woman and he can easily cast a spell on any gorgeous girl of B-town.
But the latest to have been smitten by his charm are two divas of Bollywood – Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone. The two beauties definitely would ring a bell to you as they had dated RK in the past, and they both had rather unpleasant fallout. But given Ranbir’s magic, the two seems to be back on his radar, and the lad seems to be managing them quite smartly.
Reports making way from the sources say that while Dips and RK continue to bond as good friends on the outdoor schedules of Ayan Mukerji’s Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (YJHD), a source confirms that Kat is the first person RK calls when he returns to Mumbai.
A source said, “Deepika genuinely likes Ranbir. The 20-odd days that she spent with Ranbir in Manali are perhaps one of her best outdoor schedules. But it does seem like there can be nothing more than a friendship between the two, because the moment Ranbir lands in Mumbai, he is with Kat and apparently spent quality time at a location in Pali Hill, the same evening he returned from Manali.”
We don’t know much about the girls, but our boy really seems to be having a ball with two hot divas of the town!

Let us tell you that it’s just the same brouhaha, which was sweeping in air before the release and soon might get washed off when you will find that the expected essence of freshness is missing and it’s the same cocktail of love stories in new packet of famous actors.
Let’s begin with characters and no doubt with the sauciest one Deepika Padukone, but to all dismay, Dips is nothing else than a glam doll in the movie flaunting off her apparels and the moment she speaks she kills both her dialogues and impression together. Deepika disappoints with dreary acting skills. Saif Ali Khan who has posed young even after being almost double in the age to both contemporaries is somewhat comfortable in his skin but still fails to make a mark. But there is definitely some rawness and fresh sweep of air in Diana Penty who has carried off her character so well and in cool manner.
There are some bizarre moments in the film that will either tickle you for its irrelevance or would irritate you. To mention one of them is when Saif (Gautam) mistakes Deepika (Veronica) as Diana (Meera) just because she is mimicking her.
As far as music is concerned, Pritam seemed to have focused on just Tumhi Ho Bandhu and Daru Desi. The half part of movie is too glossy to scan details or feel connected and the rest one is too sulky to focus which is made sure that every song conveys the sadness after interval. The movie is a cocktail version of Love Aaj Kal and to some extent Indianite version of Friends.
Watch it if you inane plots don’t bother you much!
