Bollywood actress and model, Neetu Chandra is on cloud nine these days because the lady has bagged her first ever international project and the diva gives all its credit to the filmmaker Anurag Kashyap.
The director is well known for recognizing the right talent and this time the ball has gone to the court of Neetu Chandra. As per the industry sources, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has recommended her name to Greek director Kyriakos Tofaridis who is the producer of The Last Homecoming. Well, the story doesn’t end here; the filmmaker has chosen her over the other big divas of the tinsel town; Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor. Sources further added that, Anurag bonded well with the Greek director at a film festival. Kyriakos expressed his desire that he is looking for an exotic Indian face for his next bilingual project to be made in English and Greek.
Anurag suggested Neetu’s name and after an online meeting, the Greek director finalised her. The model cum actress is thrilled to get this golden opportunity and she is all thankful to the filmmaker who recommended her to Kyriakos. Neetu expressed her gratitude to Anurag and added “Yes, it was Anurag who introduced me to Kyriakos. I am looking forward to shoot in Greece. I am thankful to Anurag."
