by top stars.
It is time for the celebration to continue. The 2012 Honours, which will be announced at a dazzling star-studded event on 15th March, promises to be even bigger than before.
Colors, India’s leading GEC, is the broadcast partner.
Producer Ekta Kapoor brings in regards to a welcome change having a “classier” Global Indian Film And Tv Honors this season.
The March 15 show may have some naughty lines but nothing which will leave the crowd squirming.
“The idea would be to create something that’s fun and can set a benchmark of sorts. People shouldn’t feel it’s yet another honours function.”
The youthful producer highlights that in the western world, honours such as the Emmys, Golden Globe and Academy awards are black-tie matters which make visitors feel special without providing them with any ‘special treatment’.
“We are wishing to attain just that.”
Ekta’s friend and filmmaker Karan Johar, who’ll host the Bollywood Honours 2012, can also be on the different script without cheap digs and questionable asides.
Balaji Telefilms Boss Manuj Agarwal stated that, “We is going to be tugging people’s legs without which makes them uncomfortable.”
You will see special performances by stars Priyanka Chopra and Saif Ali Khan together with a few surprise elements.
