We have been updating you all with each and every development taking place in regards with Star Plus’ new series of telefilms, which is going to be produced by many of the production houses.
We recently wrote about Karan S Grover, Anita, Gautam Rode, Jennifer Winget, Karan Wahi, Vipul Gupta being finalized for these short films. Now latest updates state that Dimlpe Jhangiani and Kushal Punjabi have also been approached for a short film to be helmed by Director Kut’s Rajan Shahi.
It is notable that Dimple last played the role of Nimrit in Life OK’s popular show Amrit Manthan, which is again a venture from Rajan. On the other hand, Kushal Punjabi is a part of Life OK’s Aasman Se Aage.
Talking of the plot, Dimple will essay Anjali, Tarun’s (Gautam Rode) sister whereas Kushal will be the other lead Kartik. If sources are to be believed then the story’s plot is a cross between Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and My Friend’s Wedding. Viewers will love this telefilm which will be wrapped in romance and comedy.
With such big names being a part of the series, we hope it to do well!
