Virat aka Kushal Tandon has turned to be the new rage in town as the young actor has proved his risk taking skills by shaving off his hair in Star Plus’ Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai.
Talking of his bold move, Kushal said, “Script demanded me to cut my hair and it seemed right in the storyline. I was not forced by the production house and it was my decision to do so”.
For the uninitiated, Maanvi (Niaa Sharma) on the show has been suffering from cancer and undergoing chemotherapy sessions. As she reaches to the third stage of treatment she starts losing her hair and goes bald. On the other side Virat, who is deeply in love with Maanvi, took a shocking decision by shedding his lustrous mane and leaving his family shocked.
Kushal’s mind-blowing act and brave decision for the role of Virat has been applauded by all his fans and supporters. Talking of his look further, he said, "The scene was shot in the room. If common sense prevails, I could have not taken a razor and simply shaved my head off. I had a trimmer and trimmed my hair."
Virat's new look has been appreciated by the fans but his family has taken this with a pinch of salt. Let's see how he manages to placate them!
