When he had first signed on to play the grumpy, short-tempered and an introvert business tycoon who thinks nothing beyond his family, especially his Di and his business; he himself had no idea that the character will bring him this far.
We are sure that by now you must have guessed that we are indeed talking of your favorite Arnav Singh Rayzada aka Barun Sobti from Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. Though, Barun has been in the industry for quite some time now and has played a meaty role in Sony TV’s Baat Hamari Pakki Hai but the fame which IPKKND has got for him is simply unmatchable.
People love the reel life Arnav to the core and now they are keener to know the real life Barun. The actor, who debuted in town playing Swayam Khurana in the Star’s afternoon show Shraddha, went on becoming the teenage sensation with his role as the carefree and happy-go-lucky, Shravan Jaiswal in BHPH. This show too earned a good response but the character didn’t become the talk of town the way Arnav has turned to be.
He indeed stood lucky that Arnav’s role came up his way. Talking on the lines, Barun said that he took up the role as it was far different from what he had earlier essayed. Moreover, the stunning actor even says that the entire team of IPKKND was sure of the show’s success but yeah no one had thought it to become such a rage. To add on, his on-screen pairing with Sanaya Irani aka Khushi stands to be the cherry on the cake.
As of now Barun is busy basking in the glory of awards and praises being bestowed upon him. The way, this show and his character is progressing; we guess a lot of appreciation is still due, to come his way. Keep going high Barun!!
