All actors have some dream roles in their mind which they want to play at a given point in their career. While many never get the chance of living them, a few stand lucky in grabbing the right opportunity to live up their dreams.
And we have absolutely no doubts in saying that actor Gurmeet Choudhary falls in the category of the lucky ones. Post earning fame as Maan in Geet Hui Sabse Parayi, he is trying to connect with his fans playing Yash in Zee TV’s Punar Vivah. Recently, the actor was seen performing an act at CID’s bravery awards which were held last week. His enactment made one saw the glimpses of Maratha legend Shivaji’s brave acts.
We have heard from sources that Gurmeet was highly excited about this act. Sharing his excitement over doing the said act, he stated, "I was damn excited and happy as Shivaji is like a role model and essaying him was a great honor for me. Before the act, I was crazily searching for Shivaji's pictures, the way he stood, the way he walked, the way he looked and it was a great pleasure to work on the same.
As soon as I finished my act, I was surrounded by people who were appreciating it and that moment I was like 'I did it'. I am very much happy that I essayed Veer Shivaji in my lifetime as I had always dreamt of playing him”.
