Zee TV’s upcoming show Phir Subah Hogi has already got some popular actors to work in the venture like Varun Vadola and Narayani Shashtri. And now the latest name is of Shashank Sharma, who was last seen in Sahara one's Hamari Beti Raaj Karegi.
Earlier the buzz was that the actor will make an entry in Colors’ Chhal Sheh Aur Maat, but things didn’t work well and now he is all set to feature in Phir Subah Hogi, a show based on the real life miseries of Raai dancers from UP’s Bundelkhand region.
As informed earlier the show is a woman oriented one, and the actor will play the role of Rathu who is the friend of the lead actress played by Gulki Joshi. On being contacted Shashank said, “I can’t really comment on this as talks are still going on and nothing has been finalized yet.”
While one of the closed sources from town said, “Shashank Sharma would essay the role of Rathu and he will play the friend of the lead actress. Rathu’s character has different shades which the viewers will get to see as the story proceeds.”
The serial will go on air from 17th April 2012. So, don’t miss to watch this drama boasting of real life troubles!
