Star Plus’ longest running serial Pratigya will set to serve high voltage drama in the coming week. Spellbound and Walkwater Productions’ show last saw the entry of Mohit Malik, as the parallel lead Abhimanyu Singh Yadav, who is a lawyer by profession.
Further, the court dealings with respect to Adarsh’s death will be the prime focus in the coming weeks. Pratigya (Pooja Gor) will approach Abhimanyu to defend Krishna (Arhaan Behll). But the twist in the tale will happen when Abhimanyu will accept the case from Shyamji’s (Pratigya’s father) side and will in fact fight the case to convict Krishna.
Talking about this hot shot new guy, we hear his character as Abhimanyu to be a complex character who simply hates rich people for a reason. And he is totally against Sajjan Singh (Anupam Shyam) and there is a past involved between them. Abhimanyu is the complete opposite of Krishna; while Krishna who is the rough and tough guy is uneducated, Abhimanyu who also happens to be from a village is civilized and educated.
The inside buzz is that Abhimanyu might turn out to be the illegitimate son of Sajjan Singh and that explains the hatred the guy has for the elder man.
