When it came to the replacement of Deeya Chopra in Mrs Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein who was playing the role of Riya, Swati Taldar’s chances of being selected were doing rounds. But somehow things didn’t work out and Swati was dropped out. Then rounds of entry and auditions were organized by makers and finally a new face was being picked up. The new face for Riya in Mrs Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein is Preeti Kaur.
Makers of Rashmi Sharma Telefilms Limited roped in Preeti Kaur whom they found appropriate for the role of Riya in Mrs Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein. On being picked, Preeti spoke her mind, “I was not at all keen to take up the show initially, even I had a word with Rashmi maam but then I gave a second thought and finally decided to give a nod,”
Preeti would be beginning her work from 14th June and her shots would be telecasted shortly. She has also done other serials like Ram Milaye Jodi, Ye Pyar Na Hoga Kam, Sabki Laadli Bebo. And this is not it; Preeti has acted in many Punjabi flicks and has anchored several shows.
We wish Preeti a good luck and Swati a better luck in future.
