Neil Bhatt finalized to play lead on Sony's new show
The naive looking Neil Bhatt successfully impressed the audiences with his very first show Gulaal that aired on Star Plus. The best selling show made Neil popular over nights and he become the new hunk of the telly town.

Buzz states that the actor has again got a chance to spread his magic on small screen as he has now been finalized to play one of the two leads in Shashi and Sumeet Mittal's next on Sony Entertainment Television.

Taking about the plot of the show, it is apparently an adaptation of Beauty and the Beast and revolves around a popular Radio Jockey who is not good looking and falls in love with a beautiful girl. Seemingly, Sargun Mehta of Phulwa fame has been approached to play the female lead whose character is that of a simple and beautiful girl who loves to live her life to its fullest.

Further, we also hear that there will be two male leads in the show. While Neil has been finalized to play one of them, the producer is still hunting for the actor who will play the other lead. Incidentally, Dakshh Ajit Singh, who was seen in Maryaada - Lekin Kab Tak was approached for the show but things didn't materialize.

The shooting for the pilot is expected to begin by the end of this month. When contacted, Neil said, "Nothing is finalized as yet. I have been approached and I am keen on doing the show."
