Esha Gupta considers Chakravyuh a hard-hitting movie for her

The Desi Angelina Jolie, Esha Gupta is enjoying a dream run in Bollywood, with two of her very first releases- Raaz 3, Jannat 2, ending up doing a combined business of more than 100 crores. In fact her just released film Chakravyuh has also turned out as a successful and acclaimed one by the critics as well.

The newcomer is now enjoying a hat trick of successes in her very first year in showbiz. When asked what made her choose an unconventional film, after doing two hit conventional movies she says, “Bollywood is now changing a lot and not because of the filmmakers, but because of the audience who have started accepting such (un conventional) movies and it is very good because they have it in the West for a while”.

After having glamorous roles in Raaz 3 and Jannat 2, she played a tough cop in Chakravyuh, which was a tough task for Esha. She says, “Considering it was Prakash Jha, I knew it would be a hard-hitting movie and I was prepared for that. It was a great opportunity for me”.

Presently she is endorsing small screen and will be seen presenting technology-based show Supercars on Nat Geo, which will take a look into what goes into the making of some of the finest cars.
