Despite being surrounded by a lot of buzz concerning its dipping TRPs, Sony TV’s Dekha Ek Khwaab has successfully completed its 100 episodes.
Ever since its launch, DEK has been in news for some or the other reason. First it hogged the limelight when the time slot of it got changed and the actors opined of TRPs getting affected. Later, the show even got in the eyes of all when the lead actress Priyal Gor aka Moniya was subjected to throwing tantrums on the sets.
Anyway, all this happen to be a thing of past as the present day tale is entirely different. The daily is scoring pretty well as far as the TRPs are concerned and the proof stands to be its ton coming the way. To memorialize the feat, the cast and crew cut a cake on the sets and a small in-house party was also thrown for everyone.
Priyal Gor, who was simply besieged with the gesture, said that she is proud to be associated with the show. She further added, “This is my only show which has completed 100 episodes and I am very happy about it. With Dekha Ek… I have grown as an actor and I want to thank the cast and crew”.
Producer Shrishti Arya said, “I am happy with the numbers. My show is doing well despite the IPL fever. I am happy about it.”
