Colors’ dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa - Dancing with the stars is gearing up for the mega treat it is going to showcase for its fans.
As promised, the makers are trying their best to incorporate a star studded line up. But if go by the recent developments then executing the plans won’t be a cakewalk for Colors! As known, for the season five, Jhalak has approached big names of TV world like Karan Tacker aka Viren from Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, Giaa Manek aka Gopi from Saath Nibhana Saathiya and Hina Khan aka Akshara from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
Now the catch is that all these shows are aired on Star Plus and interestingly they are the major TRP gainers too. Missing of any of these leads from their respective daily is sure to hamper the shows’ numbers and Star Plus is not just ready for this. Buzz states that both Star and Colors are heading towards a silent war.
Star has warned the actors to make their move smartly as while choosing for one they might have to lose out on the other. It has been heard that Hina, who had earlier given her confirmation to Jhalak, has withdrawn her name owing to the pressure from Star Plus.
Negotiations are still on with Giaa and there are speculations that she might get replaced if she signs Jhalak. Talking about the same, Giaa told the sources, "I'm not bound to any Channel. I'm with a production house and it’s our mutual decision to either say yes or no to the show."
