Like all others, actor Zeb Khan came to the dream city Mumbai, with a desire to storm the world of 70mm. However, he was left with the option of working in daily soaps like Meri Doli Tere Angana, Jai Shree Krishna, Meera and Rishton Se Badi Pratha.
And now we have heard that he is back on the same track. Zeb is said to be pursuing his dreams of becoming an actor and is working towards the same. Speaking to the sources about his desire, he said, “I had come to Mumbai with Mahesh Bhatt to act in one of his movies. However, since the flick took a lot of time to hit the floors, I opted for a television show. I was new to Mumbai and had to take care of my expenses. But later I couldn’t get back to doing films”.
He added, “I think now is the right time to get back to films. I have worked well on TV and have earned enough (money) for myself. Hence, even if I take some time to bag a role, I know that I am financially secure.”
Zeb said, “I have been doing television for a long time. Now, I want to portray some interesting character, rather than just standing in some corner of a scene. I feel it’s time to move on.”
However, he even added that he won’t bid adieu to TV as both the mediums are a great way of connecting to the masses!
