Karan Wahi and his fans, who had been waiting to see the hottie bag on to some lead roles leaving aside his hollow character of Rohan from Sony TV’s Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, were all left disheartened when his soon to be aired show on Star Plus got scrapped.
The show was highly talked about and was supposed to air after IPL; however, just a week ago we got to hear of the show getting axed by the channel. Though the reasons behind this decision still happen to be a secret for all but it certainly did leave the fans in disgust. But not anymore as we have now got the update that Hats Off Productions is willing to cast Karan for Byah Hamari Bahu Ka, to be aired on Sony TV.
Casting for the show is going on full swings and many names have hit the board. We had even told you that Benaf Dadachanji who is very famous for her role from Baa Bahu Aur Baby has been approached for the lead opposite Karan Wahi. JD Matjethia, the producer, confirmed saying, "Yes, we have approached Karan Wahi as well as many other popular faces from the industry but nothing has been finalized yet."
We just hope that everything goes fine this time around and Karan signs the dotted line. Wish you good luck Karan!
