The latest buzz making way from Telly world says that actress Karuna Verma is set to take on a new and exciting role. Ever since its start, 24 Fames’ thriller show Chhal Sheh Aur Maat on Colors has been garnering good reviews from the masses.
Its plot is unique, interesting and of course, quite gripping, after all it is introduced by Abbas-Mustan and thrill and entertainment has to be its core. Now, the makers have decided to bring in a new entry to further spice up the plot. Yes, Karuna Verma is the one who will play the role of a lawyer, Mrs. Gill.
She was last seen in Pyaar Ki Ye Ek Kahaani on Star One and was also to appear in Sony TV’s Kya Hua Tera Vaada, though the plans seem to have not materialized so far. In the show we have already seen the death of Mr. Arya, Aditi’s (Hunar Hali) family friend and lawyer, under suspicious circumstances.
Now Mrs. Gill will enter the show to solve the mystery behind the mysterious death. Karuna began shooting from 3 May 2012 and her entry is expected to air in a day or two. When sources contacted Karuna Verma, she confirmed the news and said, “Yes, I am doing the show and it’s a very strong role. I am playing a lawyer but I can’t reveal much about my role as I am yet to start shooting.”
